Essentially holistic health takes into consideration the whole person.
How well is your range of motion/flexibility, your strength, bone health, how well are you breathing, how fit is your mind, & how well is your nervous system operating.
Class will include discussion and practice
We will cover the 5 pts. of yoga Proper exercise, breathing, nutrition, relaxation, positive thinking/meditation
You will understand the yoga postures, modifications, and how to navigate classes at the studio.
