ALL LEVELS
Just starting out or having taken a few classes, focusing on learning core principles like breathing, alignment, and core engagement. Building foundational strength in the body and increasing basic flexibility and mobility, while becoming familiar with common equipment (like mats, resistance bands) and props (blocks, straps) used in practice. - These are excellent classes for any level beginner to advanced.
INTERMEDIATE
