Community Donation Class 

There is a new class at the Loft that we are excited to share with the community. It is a donation based class by yoga teacher graduates on Sunday. The loft is a center for wellness and a place for more knowledge on the in-depth studies of the yoga wisdom + Self Discovery. We had 13 participates in the Shine YTT integrative 2018 program. And we are so happy they took the journey with the very first yoga teacher training offered in the north county. Some individuals took the course for personal development while other choose to share the practice through teaching.
